- Registration and Program Fees: Fees paid at the time of registration or enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation and Refund Requests: Once a program has commenced, no refund requests will be entertained. If you wish to cancel before the program begins, please contact us at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is subject to management’s discretion.
- Special Exceptions: In extraordinary circumstances, such as medical emergencies, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required, and all decisions will be final.
- Digital Products and Materials: Fees for e-books, software, or other digital resources are non-refundable once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
