WHAT IS SAT ?
SAT stands for Scholastic Aptitude test.The top Universities of USA invites applications of potential candidates for advance studies. The SAT exam is entirely a paper based test required for admission to colleges in United States. SAT is conducted, managed, developed and administered by the College Board, which is a nonprofit organization and works on the principle of equity and excellence.Your SAT score will be valid for 5 years from the date the test was taken.
SAT and its Types
SAT is categorized under two groups. The first is the SAT, which tests familiarity of the subjects taught every day in high school classrooms i.e. reading, writing and mathematics. The second is the SAT Subject Test, which assesses a student’s ability in a specific subject matter. This test is generally taken by students who are applying for a specialized field of study like Mathematics, World History, English Literature, Biology or Chemistry.
